Carolyn works with adults over 18 who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. She has a particular interest in and skill with men who have difficulties with anger, stress, relationship issues, and impulsivity. Her many years of working with court mandated men, along with her understanding that men struggle differently and feeling like they have to go it alone make her a great resource for men who are looking for a safe place to figure things out. If you’re coming to therapy because your partner told you to go, Carolyn is your person.

Making Megan even more awesome is her understanding of and training in ADHD, Sensory Disorders, and other types of Neurodiversity. Megan works evenings to accommodate busy families.
